How We Use Information

We use this information to provide account access, event registration, organizer tools, tournament operations, team management, event communications, private event access, security, troubleshooting, and platform administration.

Email and Notifications

We may send transactional messages related to account activity, registration updates, event announcements, tournament activity, organizer invitations, and other event operations. Organizers are responsible for the content of event-specific announcements they send through the platform.

Private Event Links

Private event links are used to grant access to non-public event pages. These links may set a cookie so the platform can remember access for that event. Access links should be treated as sensitive and shared only with intended recipients.

We use cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, private event access, security, and basic platform functionality. Disabling cookies may prevent sign-in or private event access from working correctly.

You can update account details from your account page where supported. For access, correction, or deletion requests that are not available in the product, contact the event organizer or platform operator.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for the platform, including authenticated account access, hashed passwords managed by the authentication system, private-link token hashing, and restricted organizer permissions. No system can guarantee perfect security.
